You are entitled to the healthy body you were born with.  Stop the food obsession and learn to listen to what your body is telling you.  Eat when you are hungry and stop filling yourself when you are not. 

The philosophy of Intuitive eating is based on the premise that becoming more attuned to the body's natural hunger signals is a more effective way to attain a healthy weight, rather than counting calories. It's a process that is intended to create a healthy relationship with food, mind and body, making it a well-accepted treatment for disordered eating, eating disorders and weight management.

It sounds so simple “Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full”. But this can be difficult for many people. You will also learn that Intuitive Eating is not seeing food as "good" or "bad” and this is important because judging yourself based on what food you eat is very unhealthy.

It sounds like the best "diet" out there, right? Except, it's not actually a diet. It's truly a way of life -- an intuitive eating way of life.
